NBB Media is certified to provide services under the following programs:

 

Department of Small and Local Business Development's (DSLBD's) Certified Business Enterprise (CBE)The Department of Small and Local Business Development’s (DSLBD’s) Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) Program provides contracting preference for local businesses applying for contract and procurement opportunities with the DC Government.

The MWAA DBE/LDBE Program provides opportunities to local small business firms without regard to race or sex. These DBE/LDBE firms are eligible for any Authority contract that requires LDBE participation. An LDBE is defined as a small business concern which is organized for profit and located within a 100-mile radius of Washington, DC's Zero Mile Marker. 

 

 

DBE/ SBLPP/SBE with the Metropolitan Washington Unified Certification Program (MWUCP),Small Business and Local Preference Program.

WMATA firms located within WMATA's transit zone in accordance with the agency's jurisdictional compact agreement. WMATA's transit zone has been defined as the District of Columbia, the suburban Maryland counties of Montgomery and Prince George's, the Northern Virginia counties of Arlington, Fairfax, & Loudoun, and the cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, and Falls Church.

 

 

Small Business Administration (SBA) Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) Federal Contracting Program, SDB – Small Disadvantage Business, SBA

 

The WOSB Federal Contract Program was implemented in February 2011 with the goal of expanding the number of industries where WOSB were able to compete for business with the federal government. It allows set-asides for WOSBs in industries where women-owned small businesses are substantially underrepresented.

DCSS Schedule

The DC Supply Schedule (DCSS) is the city's multiple-award schedule for providing commercial products and services to District government agencies.

DBE/SBE, DDOT– DC Department of Transportation

DDOT's DBE/SBE Program is to expand business opportunities for small businesses in accordance with U.S. Small Business Administration standards for federally funded programs. The SBE/DBE program is required by Congress as a condition for DDOT in order to receive federal funds. The program provides assistance to minorities, women and other socially and economically disadvantaged individuals to enter the highway construction and design industries.

 

      

MBE/DBE/WBE, Minority Business Enterprise, Delaware 

OSD assists diverse suppliers: (minority, women, veteran, service disabled veteran, and individuals with disabilities owned businesses) and Small Business Focus (SBF) program vendors in competing for the provision of commodities, services, and construction to State departments, agencies, authorities, school districts, higher education institutions and all businesses.
